Group Counseling

At Peaceful Horizons Counseling we offer group counseling for children, teens and adults. We currently have three groups coming up for children and teens. The cost for each group is $30 per group session each week. Each group is for 8 weeks. Start Date: January 14, 2025 (Every Tuesday for 8 weeks)

Time: 4:15pm-5:15pm

Age: 8-12

The goal for this group is to help girls build self -esteem, gain confidence to communicate how they feel and empower them to be themselves.

Start Date: January 16, 2025 (Every Thursday for 8 weeks)

Time: 4:15pm-5:30pm

Age: 13-18

The goal for this group is to help girls build self -esteem, gain confidence to communicate how they feel and empower them to be themselves.

Start Date: January 15, 2025 (Every Wednesday for 8 weeks)

Time: 5:00pm- 6:15pm

Age: 13-18

The goal of this group is to assist individuals with reducing anxiety and learning ways to cope with it.

Start Date: January 13, 2025 ( Every Monday for 8 weeks)

Time: 6:00pm-7:15pm

Age: 13-18

The goal for this group is to learn way to cope with depression and understand ways to learn new habits and thinking patterns.
