Professional Rates

We have provided for patients carrying a number of different insurance plans the chance to receive treatment. We accept insurance plans from most of the major providers, and try to be as accommodating as possible when it comes to providing services. Call today and we will do our best to accommodate to your situation. 

Health Insurance

We  currently accept Anthem (Blue Cross Blue Shield), Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Humana. ​ If we do -not currently take your insurance,we can provide a receipt to be submitted to your insurance that may be used towards your out of network benefits. Please contact your insurance carrier for specifics on this possibility. If you choose to submit to insurance please know that insurance requires a diagnosis and you will be required to pay the full fee at the time of your session.

Payment Options

Please inquire about self-pay rates per session.We currently accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for payment. If you chose to pay by credit card, there is a $2.50 charge. ​ There is a cancellation policy in place that you need to give at least 24 hours notice before canceling your appointment. Appointments that are canceled in less than 24 hours are subject to a fee. This is the patients responsibility as insurance companies do not cover the cost of late cancels and no shows.
